Why did Egyptians want to preserve dead bodies? Because the Egyptians think that the souls could be recognized after the death.
How did they preserve bodies? What is this process of preservation called?They preserved the dead bodies very carefully and putted some treasure for the body and for peace.This is called Mummification.
